12th week Physiotherapy Reevaluation
My physiotherapist did another evaluation. From his standpoint, I'm well on track with my range of motion. His assessment is as follows:

How are you doing Suzie? Are you feeling better week to week? I hope so. I just started PT and it is helping to stretch nd strengthen my soft tissues that have been in disfunction for so long. Have a great holiday! :)

Hi Suzie, I stumbled across your blog and I was wondering about this procedure. I have a severely herniated L5/S1 disc and it's looking like I'll need this procedure. I noticed you're in Australia, did you get the op done here and who through also how much does it cost? I am seeing a surgeon in a couple of weeks to discuss but I'm keen to know as much as I can before I go..
